New Jersey-based quintet SUBURBAN SCUM has released an official video for the title track to their impending Ultimate Annihilation debut LP now confirmed for release in mid-October via Closed Casket Activiites. The video for “Ultimate Annihilation” strikes as the band prepares to take part in This Is Hardcore in Philadelphia later this week.
Recorded, mixed and mastered with producer Will Putney at the Machine Shop in Belleville, New Jersey (Body Count, Vision Of Disorder, The Acacia Strain) during the relentless Winter months, Ultimate Annihilation delivers SUBURBAN SCUM‘s tales of life’s harsh lows with more vibrant depth and devastating clarity than any of the band’s prior recordings. Taking the band’s riotous, straightforward energy to new levels of ferociousness through a dozen crushing tracks of full-bore Jersey metallic hardcore, Ultimate Annihilation bears guest vocal contributions from Justice Tripp (Trapped Under Ice, Angel Du$t), Brendan Garrone (Incendiary), and Gregory Falchetto (The Mongoloids), and cover artwork by Jesse Schallart (Skeletonwitch, Xibalba, Discourse). Filmed by Tim Gann and Mike Petrow and edited by Mike Petrow, SUBURBAN SCUM‘s “Ultimate Annihilation” video captures the outfit’s notoriously violent live set up close and brutally personal in the middle of the intense pit action.

The band also released the LP’s “Death Is Destiny” way early via Lambgoat RIGHT HERE.
Ultimate Annihilation is confirmed to see vinyl and digital release on October 23rd via Troy, New York-based Closed Casket Activities, the label also responsible for SUBURBAN SCUM‘s split LP with Xibalba and split 7″ with Incendiary. Stand by for additional audio, preorders and more on the LP to be leaked over the next several months building up to its street date.
With multiple bouts of brutal touring already behind them this year, SUBURBAN SCUM will take part in the massive This Is Hardcore in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this week, set to tear the fest apart this Saturday, July 25th alongside The Misfits, Cro-Mags, Bane, Killing Time, Biohazard, Reach The Sky, Turnstile, Xibalba, Wisdom In Chains and tons more. The band will also raid Billeria, Massachusetts on August 1st with Cruel Hand, Rude Awakening and more, and Patchogue, New York on August 15th on a huge bill joining The Movielife, Every Time I Die, Andrew W.K., Incendiary and many others. Additional widespread touring in support of Ultimate Annihilation will precede and follow through the release of the album.

Since 2010 SUBURBAN SCUM has toured abroad in support of multiple recordings, including their Infernal War EP with Ride The Fury Records, the 2012-released Hanging By A Thread EP on 6131 Records, a split 7″ with Incendiary, a split 12″ with Xibalba and more. Their clear-cut delivery is elementally hardcore to the bone; completely enraged and outspoken, with enough metal to make its presence known and not overthrow the nucleus of the songs. Having made their presence known on tour with the likes of Expire, Rotting Out, Backtrack, Harm’s Way, Bitter End, Downpresser and many others, and their energetic performances at major festivals including This Is Hardcore, Sound & Fury, United Blood, Rain Fest and more have been well-documented with Youtube visual evidence and mass reports of bodily harm during performances.
