In just days, LA-based metallic hardcore quartet TWITCHING TONGUES will officially declare war on music with the deployment of their emotionally pummeling sophomore LP, In Love There Is No Law, as Closed Casket Activities releases the album next Tuesday, August 20th.
Through a unique combination of clean, low-end crooning and enraged growls amidst antagonistic gang-chants, plodding buildups, and monolithic breakdowns, the album unloads nine despair-ridden and hate-fueled anthems lyrically delving into tales of heartbreak, distrust and straight-up revenge through forty minutes of thunderous tumult. Recorded, produced and mixed by guitarist Taylor Young at The Pit, then mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege, In Love There Is No Law showcases an energy that leads one to believe that TWITCHING TONGUES are at their emotional wit’s end and are ready to handle their problems through swift, cruel justice.

While still fresh off of their massive third European tour with Harm’s Way, TWITCHING TONGUES will embark on their month-long On Tour There Is No Law 2013 trek across North America beginning in mid-September. Support for the tour will be provided by Stigmata and Turnstile on select dates and by Downpresser and Angel Du$t for the entire tour, which will include a stop at Reading, Pennsylvania-based hardcore gathering Tsunami Fest on September 29th.
