DARKEST HOUR will join Norma Jean for a near-three-week run of live dates this September. DARKEST HOUR’s leg of the journey runs from September 9th in Tulsa, Oklahoma through October 4th in Destin, Florida.

Guitarist Mike Schleibaum comments, “East Side USA, come hang this Fall with our longtime friends, Norma Jean, who we’ve been sharing the stage with for almost two decades! Excited to carry on tradition, keep spreading the word about our new album, Perpetual | Terminal, and take these songs to every stage we can!”

The tour follows DARKEST HOUR’s recently announced US headlining dates next month surrounding their performance supporting Haste The Day. Additionally, on October 12th they will take part in the return of Mayhem Fest, a single-day event in San Bernardino, California.

DARKEST HOUR continues to tour in support of their critically lauded Perpetual | Terminal full-length, released earlier this year via MNRK Heavy. Kerrang awarded the album a 4/5 rating, noting, “The mighty DARKEST HOUR delivers yet another slice of pure melodic death nirvana,” while Blabbermouth concurred, “As great as diehard fans will be expecting, and maybe even greater than that, Perpetual | Terminal adds yet more weight to DARKEST HOUR‘s unassailable reputation. Listen and learn, half-assed infidels: The experts are back.”

DARKEST HOUR tune into the cycle of death and rebirth, absorbing its intensity and spitting it back at the world in the form of a signature hybrid anchored by death metal exorcisms, thrash recklessness, hardcore punk attitude, and melodic catharsis at the speed of a circle pit. The Washington, D.C. quintet — Mike Schleibaum (guitar), John Henry (vocals), Aaron Deal (bass), Travis Orbin (drums), and Nico Santora (guitar) — has weathered time, trends, and tides of change and stand stronger nearly three decades since their formation. Their unique sonic style incorporates death metal exorcisms, thrash recklessness, hardcore punk attitude, and melodic catharsis at the speed of a circle pit.

Perpetual | Terminal is the band’s tenth full-length offering, available now on MNRK Heavy.
