FEAR FACTORY, who are in the midst of a short run of U.S. tour dates, will take part in an in-store signing session on Friday, June 10, 2011 at Soundcheck Hollywood in West Hollywood, California beginning at 7:00pm PST. Soundcheck Hollywood is located on 8872 Sunset Blvd.
The band is currently on tour in support of their critically-lauded Mechanize full-length, released in the U.S. in February 2010 via Candlelight Records. The CD was co-produced by the band with Rhys Fulber (Front Line Assemply. Paradise Lost) and mixed by Greg Reely (Paradise Lost, Front Line Assembly, Skinny Puppy). Said Blabbermouth in a 9/10 review of the record: “A pallet of syncopated destruction, punishing riffs and skilled songwriting, this album fails to disappoint.” About.com called Mechanize FEAR FACTORY‘s “most aggressive album in over a decade.”
FEAR FACTORY‘s current lineup features original members Dino Cazares (guitar) and Burton C. Bell (vocals) alongside bassist Byron Stroud and legendary drummer Gene Hoglan.
