“Despite its silly title, Koncertos Of Kawaiiness hits with all the brutality one would expect from an album inspired by the likes of Archagathus, Dead Infection, Last Days Of Humanity and Haggus…” – Decibel Magazine

“…it’s absolutely fucking bonkers. Try to keep up. One of the foremost figures/voices in that scene is back again with a new album coming out this Friday… Just make sure you’re wearing your protective headgear, because it’s sure to cave your skull in like a Japanese school girl with a sledgehammer.” – MetalSucks

“If you appreciate sick death metal riffs played really fast and girls in school uniforms, HOUKAGO GRIND TIME might be your jam. If you like those things AND snare drums that go “pong” AND pig burp vocals, you’ll be chasing after Koncertos Of Kawaiiness like a pathetically love-sick Zenitsu Agatsuma chases Nezuko Kamado.” – Angry Metal Guy

“… there’s much to love here in the bizarro world where savage blastbeats and razor riffery walk hand-in-hand with cuddly, wide-eyed cartoon characters. In a world where legions of goregrinders have combined every possible medical term in ways both coherent and nonsensical, at least Andrew Lee is bringing a new lyrical slant to his brand of icky sickness, and with it, a welcome sense of silliness… and of course, all those killer riffs certainly help, too. – Last Rites

“Manga-based grindcore? Well it had to happen. HOUKAGO GRIND TIME chuck cute sound samples into the mix and then beat them to a bloody pulp with requisite tin can snare, and gargle vocals over the top… Definitely an album for the more disturbed amongst you. – Moshville

“Goregrind is music for splatter fans with ADHD. But the crux of this album’s success is that its approach of unconventional flair upon a solid bed of exceptionally written and performed traditional goregrind simply works so well it seems effortless.” – The Razor’s Edge
